Philip has a Diploma in Finance, Certificate IV in Finance and has studied Business Law, Business Economics, accounting and communications.Seperately, Phil is also a Certified Professional Business Advisor (CPBA). Previous positions that Philip has held range from General manager of Brokerage firms, Senior Lender - Business Development - BankSA, Founder and establishment of (Centurion) Century21 Home Loans Nationally. Currently Phil is the founder and Director of EZ Finance, EZ Finance Commercial, The Business Advice Agency, Better Business Coach and Wiilson. |
Debbie Hundal-Rice
EZFinance National & Admin Office Manager With over 10 years' experience in office management within both the Finance and Real Estate industries. Debbie's skills include (but are not limited to) organising the day to day office operations, procedures and efficiency; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring of loan applications. Debbie also holds certificates in Marketing, Advertising and MYOB. Debbie is a fully qualified Real Estate Licence holder and Justice of the Peace Qualified (Qld). |
Michael Ryder

Michael joined EZfinance in 2014, bringing with him extensive sales knowledge and history, spanning 20 years. John is well connected in Adelaide and Melbourne, is a member of the MFAA & AFCA and holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management along with a certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
